Даже специальная любительская версия Photoshop Elements тоже стоит существенных денег по российским меркам. А полностью бесплатный графический редактор Gimp с его нетрадиционной организацией интерфейса подойдет не каждому пользователю. STOIK Imagic сочетает в себе функции браузера фотографий, программы для просмотра и редактирования изображений и видео. В версии 5.0 есть все что нужно для работы с цифровым фото: архивирование, коррекция, печать, создание слайд-шоу, веб-альбомов и даже игр. STOIK Imagic 5.0 автоматически создаст удобный каталог фото и видео, даже если эти файлы разбросаны по разным папкам на компьютере. Новый улучшенный механизм индексации просканирует тысячи изображений и видеофайлов всего за несколько минут.
STOIK Imagic не похож на другие программы для просмотра и обработки изображений: в него включен видеоредактор, и вы сможете работать с видео так же легко, как и с изображениями. В частности, предусмотрен пошаговый режим — от загрузки фото и видео до редактирования титров, добавления эффектов и, в итоге, записи на диск в любом из популярных видеоформатов.
Гораздо шире возможности этой программы в области последующей обработки графики. Здесь есть все, что только может понадобиться продвинутому фотолюбителю - устранение "красных глаз", шумоподавление, ретушь, цветокоррекция, компенсация экспозиции и многое другое. Причем все эти операции могут быть выполнены не только в автоматическом, но и в ручном режиме, когда пользователь может самостоятельно выставить все необходимые настройки. Впрочем, далеко не все коррекционные инструменты позволяют это делать. К примеру, при устранении шума невозможно настроить фильтр определяющий уровень зашумленности изображения, а автоматический режим работает настолько грубо, что вся фотография выглядит слишком "прилизанной", и можно подумать, что здесь применен художественный эффект имитации масляной живописи или нечто подобное (кстати, подобные эффекты в Stoik Imagic тоже присутствуют).
Как только изображение обработано и подготовлено, можно дать простор творческим устремлениям и изготовить из него календарь, открытку или коллаж из нескольких картинок. Довольно оригинальная возможность - создание игр из редактируемых изображений. Можно создавать паззлы, мозаики или пятнашки, компилировать их в EXE-файл и отправлять друзьям. Если вы хотите создать веб-галерею для последующего размещения в интернете, подобный инструмент также имеется. К сожалению, программа не работает со слоями изображений, не умеет конвертировать в CMYK и не поддерживает плагины Photoshop, поэтому в качестве профессионального инструмента ее все-таки сложно рекомендовать. Тем не менее, в качестве средства просмотра и коррекции она вполне подойдет многим.
